We love connecting directly with the producers who do this best when sourcing ingredients for our own creations. Now we also want to bring these foods directly to you, starting with this award winning organic olive oil from the foothills of Calabria. There, Pietro and his family harvest 100% organic Carolea olives at altitude, resulting in an extra virgin oil that is unusually rich in polyphenol and oleocanthal, with very low acidity levels

This oils fruity and well balanced flavour make it well suited for use as an everyday treat for dressing, dipping and drizzling. One of the finest extra virgin olive oils in the world.
