At Nobó, our mission is to simply create indulgent, healthier treats without any compromises.

We started by reinventing the much loved classics: Ice cream & Chocolate, always with a twist. Better treats, done differently.

The Treathouse is our flagship store and new home in the heart of Dublin. Here you'll find The Chocolate Lab (our home for innovation and creation), our retail store and cafe, and our Nobó offices.

Everything we make here is plant-based and refined sugar free, we only use compostable packaging and greet every customer with a smile. We're open seven days a week!

We started out making ice cream in our small apartment kitchen, and selling at weekly farmers markets around Dublin. The connection we had with the food we were making, and the customers we met, was very special. Our apartment is now our Chocolate Lab, and the farmers markets are now our store The Treathouse.
