Healthy Food Guide Dublin

Treat Yourself Better

Our top picks for a healthy meal in the Dublin area.

Airfield : The menu at Airfield café is full of gorgeous healthy dishes made from the farm’s fresh produce. Open for breakfast and lunch during the week and for brunch over the weekend. The space is really bright and relaxing and very child friendly.

Airfield, Overend Way, Dundrum, Dublin 14

Staple Foods : Staple Foods on Grattan Street serve healthy and delicious breakfast and lunch on weekdays and brunch at the weekend. Everything on the Staple Foods menu is really nutritious. They change their menu seasonally based on the produce that is available. Staple Foods pride themselves on not wasting any food so make sure to get there early before it all runs out! The menu caters for everyone, with paleo style dishes and dairy free and vegan options. My favourite is the vegan superfood salad with falafals.

Staple Foods, 24A Grattan Street, Dublin 2

Sprout : Most of us know Sprout & Co for their lovely cold pressed juice range.  The Sprout & Co brothers have opened a café on Dawson Street. The menu is full of fresh veg with some really innovative ways of incorporating loads of colourful seasonal produce into your lunch. Sprout is also open for breakfast and serve 3fe coffee and Nutshed healthy treats.

Sprout, 63 Dawson St, Dublin 2

Blazing Salads : Always reliable, offering a great variety of vegetarian options. Blazing Salads offer a full salad bar, two hot meal options and soup. They also stock nobó and loads of other yummy treats which is always a plus.

42 Drury Street, Dublin 2
