Sourced from a single-family estate in Modena, this Balsamic Vinegar is made from a blend of Lambrusco, Ancellotta, and Trebbiano grapes. Matured in small oak barrels to give complex and balanced flavours of figs & plums, with a delicate vanilla aftertaste. 

This thick balsamic is the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity and pairs beautifully with grilled vegetables as well as salads and fresh strawberries, risotto and even chocolate cake. Density - 1.34
