A bit about our ingredients

We place a great deal of importance on our ingredients. That goes right the way through from what we use, and who we source it from, to where it is grown. We strive to use as few ingredients as possible in our treats, so we have to be sure that what we do use, is the best we can possibly find.   Our ice cream Avocado probably seems a pretty strange choice when setting out to make an ice cream, but for us it was a natural fit right from the start. Home Made Hazelnut Butter

Ingredients  1 cup hazelnuts 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional) 1 pinch of himalayan pink salt Method Roast the hazelnuts in the oven at 150° for about 20 minutes. Healthy ‘Caramel’ sauce:  1.5 tablespoons Coconut Oil 1/4 cup maple syrup Scant 1/2 Cup Cashew Butter 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Method: In a small pan melt coconut oil and maple...

Berries, maple syrup and Fresh Lemon Frozen Goodness tend to be popular choices in our house, but you could also try almond butter, dark chocolate spread, coconut, sliced banana – the list is endless! You could also blend in some spinach and convert them to a savoury dinner crepe! We hope you enjoy! Ingredients : Heaped 3/4 cup buckwheat...

Pineapple and Coconut Pops

I had to get this recipe up while the sun was shining. I made these pops last week using all my favourite summer ingredients. To me coconut and pineapple are a magical combination and taste of summer and sunshine. This is such a simple recipe which you could modify to suit your own favourite fruits and flavours. Great for parties, a fruity snack or to cool down on a gorgeous hot day like today. This recipe makes 10 pops Ingredients 2 ripe bananas 1/2 ripe avocado 2 cups of ripe pineapple chopped 1 cup good quality, full fat coconut milk 1/2...
